Optimizing Sheet Structure for Maximal Product Performance, An Introduction
This two-day introductory class features morning classroom sessions followed by afternoon sessions of guided exercises using the UW-Stevens Point Fourdrinier pilot paper machine and testing the resulting paper.
TAPPI is excited to be working in partnership with the Wisconsin Institute for Sustainable Technology (WIST) to help promote a series of laboratory-focused short courses that will be held throughout the year.
WIST is part of the College of Natural Resources at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, which is also home to the ABET-accredited Paper Science and Engineering Program. WIST has been providing industry-related laboratory services, as well as educational courses for more than six years.
