Women in Industry Division Committees

We are proud to provide TAPPI Connect as a centralized, online resource for our members, consultants and volunteers to network, share knowledge, problem solve and collaborate.

Women in Industry Divsion Community: Join the other members on the WIN Connect Community. Share ideas, ask questions, and make new connections without having to leave your desk.

Women in Industry Executive Council- The primary governing body for the WIN Division whose members are committee chairs and vice chairs. Their purpose is to plan and oversee the future of the division.

Benchmarking Committee - Supports the Division by identifying and reporting on best practices among other organizations, establishing basic benchmarking data on women in the industry, women in TAPPI, and measuring growth and satisfaction levels for women in the industry.

Celebrating Women’s Leaders Committee - Identifies and honors outstanding women through the Woman of the Year Award and member spotlights.

Outreach Committee - Recruits new members and engages current members in activities of the WIN Division.

Program Committee: Develops programming and content for the annual Women’s Summit and other TAPPI conferences.

Solutions & Strategies for Career Development Committee - Identifies gaps in the available tools for members and develops resources to address these gaps. The committee produces webinars and works to maintain quality connections with other TAPPI Divisions and organizations.
